Melbourne: Work

After not really trying hard I found some work as a Sales Consultant, in which I stayed for about 2 and half weeks, but it's most likely the worst job ever. One doesnt get paid, exept for commission, so if u make many sales u get much money, if one doesn't make sale: no money. I was out of the hostel for 10 hrs but of these there were only about 5 on the turf. So 5 hours of knocking on doors and trying to buy people into another Energy provider. The first guys left after 2 days of training. I stayed on board. We got 300 Dollars for the first and 300 for the second week, cause we were still in training, however it took about a months for the second weeks pay to come through and I had to ring the company up very often and fight for it. I can't describe how bad I think of the company, after all I received my money, so I don care about them anymore.

Canberra: War memorials and museums

On my 3rd day in Oz we went with a bus from Syd to Melbourne via Canberra. We had 8 hours in Canberra which was a decent amount. we saw war memorials and went to Questacon, which is a really nice museum. with lots of activities and stuff to learn, but probably that's enought time to spent in Canberra. However the memorials and Lakes, Parks are mind-blowing.Then we kept on travelling in the bus, had to stop in Geraldton at 1 am and also had to hop into another bus. For Christ sake, I hated the bus tour.
