On boxing day we went to Millers Flat Rodeo which was an experience. We saw bull riding; people taking down stiers by leaping on them from a horse; pairs trying to rope them by getting a rope round their neck and a rope round their back feet; and riding round 3 barrels as fast as possible. It was quite entertaining although not for the bulls who just looked generally jolly T'd off by the whole affair. It was hard to get a good pic because there were so many people there and they were all going so fast.

The next day we went for a picnic in a campervan all round the area of Roxburgh, which was nice even though it was bucketing down xD Being christmas time there were generally a lot of eating events, and drinking events. Which obviously, I greatly enjoyed :D

Now I'm in Hokitika which is a craft town apparently, but I'LL be the judge of that, tomorrow when I go and see what's there. On the excessively long journey up from Queenstown, I saw lots of nice scenery :)
