we drove another 5 hours or so to get to punakaiki on the west coast. on the way l went gold panning and bought myself a pan too. also we went onto the beach and saw a beached whale but it had been there for quite a while so it stank loads nad made me feel sick. otherwise all good, we arrived in the very very small town and went to see the pancake rocks, it was awesome but l got hell salty from it and my hair is not the same now. we are here now for 1 night then off to nelson for 2 nights. this is awesome. oh and ben plus phil have bought themselves a lil legal gun similar to a bibi gun but lil more powerful. talk soon. signing off...
