Out of Las Vegas and onto the beach! we finally hit the west coast and even for the perfect weekend. my friend natalie had invited us over to huntington beach the US' capital of surfing and while we were there we watched the final of the US open of surfing. the beach was packed with surfers and pretty girls watching some of the best pros in the world going at it close to the huntington beach pier. on our first day we went into los angeles and strolled along the walk of fame before visiting the universal studios. it was a really good time to just relax and chill and most of us were amazed by the skills of some of the surfers (kelly slater killed it in the final). on our last evening we went out for a mexican dinner and watched an exciting baseball game as well as a funny movie. again we would have liked to stay longer in californias sunny south but since we have no time to spend anywhere our stay was cut short again. we also wanna thank natalie, tracy and bobbo for their wonderful hospitality and for making our stay in orange county so great!

Aus der wüste und ab an den strand! endlich waren wir am pazifik und das genau zur rechten zeit. meine freundin natalie hatte uns eingeladen sie in huntington beach zu besuchen und es wurde wirklich bisher eins der highlights unserer tour. an diesem wochenende fanden in huntington beach die us open of surfing statt und wir konnten einigen der besten der welt bei ihrer kunst zuschauen. der strand war voll mit surfern und schönen mädels, die die kalifornische sonne genossen. einige der surfduelle am nahe des piers waren wirklich spektakulär und besonders das finale mit mit dem späteren sieger kelly slater war sehr ansehnlich. außerdem fuhren wir noch nach downtown LA und wanderten den walk of fame entlang bevor wir die universal studios besuchten. wir möchten uns bei natalie, tracy und bobbo bedanken für die tolle gastfreundlichkeit, huntingtonb´beach war wirklich eins unserer highlights bisher und wir kommen sicher irgendwann nochmal nach socal!
