Such a happy accident Yvonnne and John drove next to the paddoc and saw Daisy lying there. Mare foaling three months early! not good! not good at all! so Yvonne and me took the suffering Daisy to the vet in Hahndorf in the horsefloat, and as we arrived there, we had a Dead foal in the float yuck yuck yuck good thing it was dark. I will not forget that smell, which apparentmy was that bad because the false birth was caused by an infection. The vet took everything out of the mare that was till in there and got some penencillin. Dead foal but mare that will recover!
