Just came back from freeze branding the horses, what a shame that I didn't have my camera with me!
A friend of John and Yvonne does it in exchange of some pump reparations... it's done with liquid neutrogen, and at first the brand just seems to fade, and you can hardly see it, but apparently afterwards it swells and when the clipped hair grows back we'll be able to see the two withe crossed polo sticks, the ballandown brand. It's a lot less painful than actual hot branding.

Now going out of the air-condionned zone to feed the bobbys(horses^^)
