Hi, I just come back from Boston but I would love to update this blog since it took forever for me to get time off to do something here for real. NY weekend gateway was marvelous overall. I've been shopping (like a real-lady-always-do-it) many places and seeing Empire of The Sun is like dream come true. I should have degree or master on it well if only they have that kind of course at university. Thank you Lord for your never ending blessed! I wasn't fasting today but I will try tomorrow. My period time will come over soon but I hope it won't be too late for me to do fasting especially this wonderful month of Ramadan Karim...
By the time our bus reach 2nd Ave, no one knows that road was closed for construction. Maricar ask the bus driver if he can drop us somewhere on the street since we are late to reach hostel but he denied request and make us miserable to think about how we gonna sleep that night in busy bee gheez - Big Apple. It's already 10.30 PM okay! Our arrival was expect on 9.45 fucking PM. Speaking about shit happen I can't sit calmly too. We thought we're the only one who feels miserable that time but by time the guy who sit in front of us started yelling, make me relieves that at least someone is on our side in this crazy circumstances. Someone on the same feeling like an anger gangs in NY bus yelling to the road, cursing police car blocking the street and talk bad thing about stranger wether in the bus or whatever. Just being crazy people in the bus talking about road. Yeah..I think I called the hostel reception more than 3 times that day telling her our arrival and she was fine about that. Anyway anyhow, we manage sleep in our hostel bed that night and prepare for adventure the next day..
After sleep for 6 hour, I got free coffee from Maricar and Serhat. We went collect our NY city pass at Planet Hollywood and later to Madam Tussaud seen cool wax stuff. I finally met celebrity wax for real this time and my most favorite actually Abraham Lincoln because I accidentally touch his private (waxed private). We took so many pictures and again I will say that our time was crazy I just can't explain siot! Well shit thing will happen always and that day the shit happen start when I lost my city pass after visiting Madam Tussaud. I was clumsy taking picture and handling my stuff until I lost my $75 city pass, my $8 subway ticket and probably $20 camera case. Whatever Saturday I just go calms myself by shopping after that (anyway). I bought nail polish, bags, shoes, souvenirs and Victoria Secret hand sanitizer! Damn alright after that (anyway). We been to see Empire State Building and it was shit experience too going "up" there. Just worst time lining up to get us "up" there. Damn I keep saying that!
Sunday was a bit calm in NY than the other day. I sleep in Columbus Circle Hostel which I could give 4 stars out of 5 for the accommodation there. It's clean and pretty nice place. Finally I have something to compliment about hostel in NY. Haa~
I should come to NY again next time or maybe next year. Selamat malam <3<3
