I THINK TECH SUPPORT WAS JUST LAZY & SIMPLY ANSWER BAD POWER ADAPTER. GUESS MYSELF JUST EXPERIENCING NOT-SO-CHALLENGING TECH SUPPORT ISSUE... HAVE A NICE DAY!
