...so after spending another 3 days mostly in bed I was slowly in the process of recovering, I booked a flight to Brisbane on 15th as I want to do the Moreton Island trip from there and also my flight to Darwin is on the 18th from Brisbane.
Airlie Beach was as usual fantastic, but you cannot really enjoy it much when you are sick,,,
