I had to spend a day in denver between the busride and the train. So I went downtown a little bit, after I finally got to my hotel.
The bus was alright, nothing to exciting, but when I got there I needed a taxi. So I had met this really nice woman in the bus, and she let me use her phone. Because I couldn't find mine. ( It was in my coat)
Then more than an hour later the taxi (yellow car) came and took off, I don't know why. ( he saw my bags maybe). So I had to wait for another (purple one) one just driving by. Then when I told him where I need to go he said: " $50 and to airport, ja?" and I explained to him that I don't want to go there and that the address must be wrong. So finally we figured out (his english wasn't very good) that there is another Hampton-Inn downtown. so he brought me there. By the time I waited for the stupid taxi and stuff, I could've walked there -.-
But after that I had a nice day in downtown denver. I send you a few pics.
So today I will go on the train and drive around in a few states for two days. So see you in San Francisco
